Title: The Eltek Delta fire system

Hi guys,

I have come across an Eltek Delta system( Delta Op & Delta DA Esser) that I have to commission.

What I need is the firewin explorer software and its manual .

Any Idea or advice on how to get  will be highly appreciated.

I've never heard of this system before but if you don't mind me asking - how are you supposed to commission a system when you don't have the software in the first place?

A quick googled search revealed the following:

The Eltek Fire & Safety fire alarm systems are specially designed for Scandinavian conditions...

What are these special conditions? I do not know!

Are they then reliable enough to be used in the UK? also I do not know!

More possibly... Buzz, I used to see Multinationals Pertroleum Comapnies activating in different countries doing that, with different names and business trade marks,... to escape TAX issues probably..., while in fact they still managed under the same mangement and people...

However I think there is a Tech support contact details, in the so called international guide stated in my previous post.
