Title: Firedex Biwire

Does anybody have a manual for this type of panel (old panel code 3112 blue buttons). i have serviced this type of panel before (2 zone) but dont know how to put in one man walk test or how to disable sounders.

If it is NOT TWO WIRE system you can then remove the sounders and relays FUSES or disconnect one leg in each output circuit ( sounder circuits and relay circuits ), but make sure it is not a closed contact monitoring a burglar alarm or ARC, any thing else no worry about…

But if it's TWO WIRE system it should have a five digit code to set it in test mode, I can't remember of the code some thing like 34125 or a combination of these digits, some firedex displays it in front of the panel though...

34211 or 34214 for OMT
it will be printed inside the drop down inner part of the panel
Will try to find manual for it.

I never remember that and always have to drop the lid down - old timers disease setting in!

I did pull down the lid and all it said was engineers code and the rest was ripped off. But if i did get the engineers code will it automaticaly put it one man walk test on all zones? or does it enable you to disable something?

OMT in all zones, I am not aware of being able to disable sounders tho.
Still looking for manual (I thimk I have one somewhere, will also ask our serv engs on mon am).

the walk test code is 34211.
