No reply received today.

I heard there was around 800 application forms received and 24 places available.

800 applications for 24 places sounds about right!! This is I think my 4th or 5th attempt with various brigades up and down the country.

Another applicant contacted HR yesterday. They confirmed that no one has been contacted so far and the deadline is the 22nd of September.

The wait goes on...

I have had my letter today saying I have been succesful. I have got tests on the 16th October in Bristol.

Anyone else had there letters?

Not yet but i've just been told that some letters were sent yesterday as well so hopefully we'll hear soon.
