Title: Fire risk assessment

I am in the process of reading Part K  (Risk Assessments) over the August Bank holiday, sad but true. I wish to download a copy of the fire risk assessment template, I have tried the web site given on page iii, but failed miserably, can some kind soul send it to me. Thanks in anticipation

Is Part K finally issued yet?
The DoH website is still referring to HTM65???
