Title: Clymac event history
Post by: Daven on October 03, 2008, 11:22:47 AM
Hi, one of our clients has had a fire alarm activation today, there was no fire.
The fire control panel is a Clymac zp3 addressable.
The panel has been reset and we want to know which detector caused the problem.
I cant find anywhere on the panel which allows me to read the history of events.
does anyone know how to do this, I am sure it must be simple, as it is the sort of thing one would want to do without calling in an engineer.

From memory, enter the level 1 (user) menu (2000) and select the required report. Scroll up or down using the keys on the right of the lcd display.

Thanks Paul but I am sure that we tried that.
The only info we can get is the fact that two detectors say service, but no actual event log.
