Hi everyone

I attended my physical tests lastweek for cumbria fireservice and am just waiting off a letter to see if I have passed. I know the interviews are in the next 2 weeks and just wandering if anyone who had applied heard anything.

Have you heard owt yet? I heard alot struggled on the practical days?

Hello Riskman

when I was on my practical 4 failed the bleep test belive it or not and we only went to level 8 then they stopped. Its the first Ive heard about a few struggling on the practical side of things. I know that 200 got to the written tests and there was 4 days of pysical tests which each day had 20 applicants. I spoke to an officer at barrow and he said there is roughly 12 vacanicies. Have you got an interview soon too and if so have you heard any news.

No Mate, Im already in, was just wondering how the process was going as I may be getting some/a recruit on my watch when the training has finished. Good luck
