I am trying to find a couple of examples where FRS has prosecuted for inadequate MOE/management provisions specifically for disabled persons. I am aware of one case in Lancashire where notice was served on a retailer that had mezzanine accommodation with no provisions for disabled means of escape; however they complied before it went to prosecution.
I have looked through the UK prosecutions list on this forum and can’t seem to find anything specifically relating to disabled MOE.
Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
