There it is: Might aswell start the discussion rolling....

I spent a whole 60 seconds looking at it and it looks perfectly OK to me, but I may change my mind once I have a good look. It does seem quite straight forward though.

On giving the fire precautions bit a quick scan it looks not too bad really. Those with more than 3 guest bedrooms will be a little peeved.

Yep agreed - seems OK on first glance... hopefully easy for the B&B landlords to follow, and perceived to be a balanced / fair guide by those who it is enforced upon

not bad for your average small B&B.I am sure S/C and quality of doors may raise some issues.
