Anyone have a comment or recommend a good wireless gismo for sending from laptop to printer?

Bluetooth is the most common.  You can purchase a bluetooth adapter for your PC (around £4-5) but this is dependant on the printer being bluetooth enabled.  A lot of modern printers are, but if not I think you will struggle to link it wirelessly.

Is the laptop connected to a wireless network or are you looking for something mobile?

I dont know what is available by bluetooth.

I used to print from the laptop at home using a belkin wireless print server. The print server connects to the printer via USB and the wireless network  talks to the print server. But it wont work without the wireless network. The belkin is now redundant as we went ethernet- if it is what you are looking for you would be welcome to it. It was a nightmare to set up initially but once we got it working it never missed a beat.

Thanks K. Got sorted with connection by ethernet to Belkin thingy. Choice of any of my two printers now from the comfort of my perch.
