does anybody have a manual for wagner pro sense asperating system
its showing fault but no way tell what fault air flow, detector or other

I don't know if that's the same as the AD1 or AD2 systems... does it have a detector inside the box ?... if so it may be air flow as you need to recalibrate the unit after changing the filter... otherwise it can teeter on the edge and go in and out of fault.....

I think the pro sense is more like your actual normal aspirating system as we know it and not that enhanced duct detector.

yes buz its a standard type aspirator system there are no controls on or in it and only three lights on the front power ok fire and fault

Is very easy to work out the fault, open up the lid and inside is the detector module - or if theres multiple pipes there may be several of them.
On each one is a little LED next to the button, for fault on the detector module it will be flashing -
2x flashing is too little air flow (ie blockage)
3x flashing is too much air flow (ie pipe broken open)
4x flashing is what it does during reset
Perm lit is a fault with the module and needs replacing
Try pressing the little reset button on the detector module and see what happens - if fault stays away it might just have needed resetting, if not youll have to investigate further most likely with the pipework

Don't you need to be a bit careful of pressing buttons without checking the pipework first.... if you've got a broken pipe for example the detector will recalibrate to this level and think it's normal ... or is this just the old AD1 and 2...??

These units done recalibrate when pressing the reset button to the extent a blockage or fracture would show as normal on the panel, have found on one or 2 occasions with the ones I look after the unit has just stopped working for no-reason , after checking the pipework and cleaning etc (they are only small lenths) all it needed was to be reset - possibly to do with sometimes a slight change in airflow throws up a fault and its latched in.
Though you are right, a check of the pipework is strongly recommended - as when the airflow returns to normal the light should stop flashing and the fault relay change back over
