Can anyone give me any info on installation, commisioning and faultfinding Redcare Signaling ?

you should be able to follow the instruction booklet that comes with each unit, they are pretty comprehensive for installation, fault finding and commissioning.

I assume the line is fault free?  If not BT can indicate this.

Try sending a signal through to the monitoring station and see what happens.

Try replacing the 'signalling chip' within the communicator
