Can anyone give me any idea’s Contents /links or guidance in compiling a Property Fire Risk Register for a varied portfolio of buildings?

Not sure what you are after here Gazza. Is this from the Landlords viewpoint to maintain a summary profile of each property, or is it a means of evaluating the risk in one building against the risk in another for ugrade/ maintenance budget priorities or WHY?

Hi

Yes from a landlords viewpoint a summary profile of each property ie construction type size occupancy including significant risks/deficiencies/upgrades to satisfy current legislation possibly budget priorities.

I just thought may be a proforma or any suggestions
