Given the tragic nature of the fire and the sensitivity of the issues, should this matter not be somewhat sub-judice. I think the moderator should look at this post, as I think it might be inappropriate.

Jayjay,

Very interesting subject, but CT is correct.  We should avoid discussion about matters that will be going throught the courts, we don't want to jeapordise proceedings.
