The Fire Safety sections of the Order has not commenced yet.

The Regulations are still in draft form until the Order commences.
The guidance has yet to be confirmed but is expected to be the English guidance.

NT Thanks for the info, I thought that I was doing something wrong when I kept coming up with FP Act and Workplace info, I hadnt realised that the new legislation had not come into effect yet. will send you a PM
