Title: insurance policy void if no fire risk assesment?
Post by: bevfs on November 15, 2010, 08:57:41 AM
hi all
is a business insurance policy void if there is no fire risk assesment?
(5 or more employees,licenced prem.....etc)
As this would deem the business not to be complying with law.
Is this the case?,as i have personnally found that if there is a clause where insurance do not have to payout they will not.I just wondered if the insurance companies had quietly entered this clause into their small print???

Depends if there is a warranty in the policy.
