I would like to state. I do not recommend, nor do i have an affiliation with this product.

I have provided the link because they are a new type of detector that has a potential application in premises i am familiar with.

Any thoughts?

And when the fire resisting ceilings have been installed someone comes along and drills great big holes in them for recessed lights and now recessed detectors without considering the conesquences.
