Title: Canadian training/licensing
Post by: nickandersonbc on July 15, 2005, 04:23:50 PM
Can anyone help with this question ?
I am just finishing up a diploma in aircraft maintenance engineering in Canada. I am a British citizen and I am thinking about moving back to the UK.
How much use will a Canadian diploma be to me as far as credits toward getting my license in the UK ? Will I have to start from scratch again ? Does anyone know of any good associations of web sites that have info on this topic ?
I appreciate any help I can get, as the official channels of information are pretty confusing.
Thanks a lot
Nick

Nick, If you can provide more details of the engineering qualification and also the level of engineering recognition you are seeking, I will try to help. In the meantime, you might wish to look at the Engineering Council website.
