Hi again

I have now been successful upon reaching the interview stage!

in the email TRS said that there will be one interview which will "cover knowledge and competence based questions"

any help tips or advice for preparation will be much appreciated.

What knowledge will they expect me to know about them and what are the most likely competence based questions will their be.

Thank you

All the Best

Good luck Bagnalman. Check out their website. Sometimes they may have something there. If not go through the website anyway and familiarize yourself with all that is in it.
I can't see how you would have access to any other type of "knowledge or competence based questions" other than that which ordinary man on the street people would be able to research.
They will have a lot of gumph on their site.

I think you'll find they will be conducting a competency based interview which explores your presonal qualities and attributes. A quick Google search should give you all the information you require.
