Gatwick Airport Fire & Rescue will begin a recruitment process on the 22nd April 2013 to form a pool of candidates for the coming 24 months (approx.)

Any idea what the recruitment process will consist of?

It’s a fairly Standard recruitment process.
Once you have registered your account and answered some on-line questions successful candidates will go through to written testing, Literacy, Numeracy etc.
Then it’s on to practical training ground evolutions, Ladder, Hose, Confined space etc.
There’s a group based exercise for team working assessment.
Competency based interview, PT Assessment, Medical.
