Hi NT - typical converted street property by the looks of it and if the local rag is to be believed the fire started in a bedroom. No idea what, if any, fire precautions were present!

Was a similar fire in Harrogate a few days ago, flats above shops, a right mess, looked like no compy on the TV pics
