Title: Report on Empire Palace Theatre Fire Edinburgh 1911

Hi there, I'm new to this site and have been impressed by the content. Working in Fire Engineering for the past 12 years. I am looking to get a copy of the above report. It was prepared by the British Fire Prevention Committee. No 157 I think. Thanks for your help.

You have the right info but trying to get a copy is another thing.

I tried that AB and it doesn't come up with the goods. (Red Book 157)

Yeah it doesn't seem to be available there. Hopefully it is obtainable from somewhere....

Have you tried the fire service college library? I think you can browse their titles on line.  If they have a copy you may have to visit but someone on here may be able to help?

They have a copy alright, for reference only. Not very easy for me to call in there as I'm in the ROI. Hopefully i'll track it down
