The RRO 2005 is coming in to effect on 1/6/06 in England and Wales.  

Is there something coming into effect in Scotland, if so is there a web link where I can track it down?

Have you read it all? Unlike England & Wales where two seperate bits of law have been issued, one for fire service reform, one for workplace legislation reform, Scotland have lumped them together in one bit of law.

Be patient & scroll down the contents - the workplace stuff is quite a way down
