Title: Old legislation being quoted on FRA's
Post by: Mar62 on December 18, 2017, 10:38:56 AM
Just been sent a client's tenant's FRA to look at. The assessor has quoted The Fire Precautions (Workplace)
Regulations 1997 as being the current legislation! Feeling very frustrated....

I've seen some still quoting the Fire Precautions Act 1971!

Although at least these are all real statutes - I've also seen some quoting strange hybrids of various words and years as if the author heard in passing at what the legislation was a few years back and is guessing from memory!
