Title: Kitchen window

We provided an exterior deck on the first floor to the rear of an existing pub. The pubs kitchen window is adjacent the door that provides the single MOE from the deck. The deck is completely open to the air. Capacity circa 25. We have divided opinion on whether the existing kitchen window should be replaced with one that is fire resistant. There is a AHD in kitchen which is connected to L2 system. Would appreciate your opinion.
