Has anyone heard any updates as to when the risk based guidance associated with the Fire Safety Act 2021 will be issued? The last that I heard via the IFSM was that it was due to be published today. Thanks

No, nothing published today and I've only seen the draft for the small blocks guide so far.
Hopefully it's out quicker than the stalled revision of LACORS from 2019, leading to a right mess in the field - some Local Authorities (seemingly those that are small with lower budgets) are sticking rigidly to it in enforcement and advice to landlord whereas others (mostly larger ones from what I've seen) have created and are applying updated advice that is different to LACORS (An example, one that is controversial with supply & maintenance companies, is that LACORS suggests extinguishers to each landing and the kitchen whereas Councils with separate updated guidance are only mandating a fire blanket and that if a landlord wants extinguishers they have to instruct every new tenant in selection & use or better not provide at all)
