Interested if there's anyone with experience-
I'm currently reviewing events capacities at my workplace.
The venue for events are quads in open air located between structures of grade 1 listed building, exiting through the open arches 2.6m wide. In unlikely event of Arch being compromised, multiple alternative exits would lead through short distance of building corridors.
Previous assessor has supported his capacity calculations with Green Guide. Although the passage time used does not support what I'm reading in this guide. Looks like a mixture of green guide & FSRA Open Air Events & Venues.
Although both documents have similarities, one thing that's different is the passage time.
Which of these guides would you find more suitable as we're debating it 🤔

The Green guide is for Safety at Sports Grounds, i.e. purpose built stadia, so wouldn't be appropriate - the layout, facilities, staffing etc would be completely different.
