Does any of you techno wizards have any information for designing emergency lighting levels used by visually impaired persons.
Reference documents would be great!

Try searching 'Cook' at Reading University. He has published many articles on this subject. Low level wayfinding or miniture incandescant lighting can be appropiate but one can't escape from the conclusion that if people with poor vision are used to finding their way around a bulding in normal circumstances the provision of 'ordinary E/L will probably be just as good.
