Title: Prison sentence

Hi' can anyone tell me what length the prison sentence was for the weybridge care home fire in 2007, as this is being reported as the first prison sentence given for breach of the RRO, i know there was an £80.000 fine, the article is in the FIA leaflet May 2009,

Are you thinking of the Watchacre case? This involved an HMO landlord in East London being handed a 4 month prison sentence. It would have been more but for a guilty plea. His company was also fined.

They didn't get a jail sentance. It was £80k plus £20k costs
