Message for Wee b, how does the star and description e.g. 3 stars full member etc. work.
-
Hi Brucie.
The honest answer is that I haven't a clue, its automated.
As far as I'm aware it just counts the number of posts. There's no assessment of whether the posts are any use or not.
So, constructive answers to questions and sarky comments get counted the same.

What about hero member, full member New member etc. How does that work. I've been on the form for years and I'm still a new member. I don't really care to be honest, but I'd like to understand the arrangement.

Thanks Brian.

BruceAlmighty, you will always be a 5 star general in my estimation.

Oh that last posting, will contribute to my star rating.
-
Oh, so will the last one.

How many points do we need before we get prizes?
I've had loads of nice gifts from TripAdvisor.

Oh Colski, I've come over all emotional, I feel I'm falling in love :) x

According to the settings this is the rating system;
0-50 posts = Newbie *
Over 50 = Jr. Member **
Over 100 = Full Member ***
Over 250 = Sr. Member ****
Over 500 = Hero Member *****

Over 2000 post, you need a full time job ;D

Wee B has one, and you and I pay him, Wullie, but IMHO we get totally amazing value for our money.
