Title: definition of complex premises?
Post by: bevfs on June 12, 2018, 04:11:35 PM
hi all,
is there case law in respect of the legal definition of
simple/complex premises? I know this has been talked about, and personal opinions given, but i'm looking for
case law, or a legal definition if it even exists??? ???

The definition (if there is one) would depend upon the context.  Might be useful to know why you wish to define a 'complex' building?
