hi all,
is there case law in respect of the legal definition of
simple/complex premises? I know this has been talked about, and personal opinions given, but i'm looking for
case law, or a legal definition if it even exists??? ???

Builders definition. Sharp intake of breath and shake of head. "Big job this" ;D

Everything that isn't classed as simple.

The definition (if there is one) would depend upon the context. Might be useful to know why you wish to define a 'complex' building?

I'm sure when I was an inspecting officer a saw a definition with the fire safety officer role map.
