Title: Ventilation conditions
Post by: lyledunn on October 25, 2018, 07:19:59 AM
When assessing fire resistance of elements in 9999 one can take some advantage from table 24 that permits a lower level providing ventilation conditions are met. I have never used the table before as I thought it best suited for open sided car parks and the like. However building control have advised that they will accept it being used in a refurbished hotel situation. One must assume that the windows will fail post flashover to allow the ventilation. would this be a normal procedure?
