Has anyone reviewed the above? Is this to reference 'relevant building' and the building (amendment) regulations 2018?

Not on our IHS subscription service yet, so I can't view - but I don't think it's an update - simply a comparison between old/new versions?  No idea why they'd do it, but BSI don't tend to spend money on this stuff unless it's for a good reason.
