sadly it appeare a number of my ex workmates are or have left the union ,siting various reasons & are applying to join other union (not the rfu) why is this happening what has gone wrong with the fbu after a 86% strike vote not long ago?

This is a common thing,it will settle down,the FBU are the ones who negotiate pay and conditions.Dont forget the FBU  are the members,not all things will please everyone.you cant please all the people all the time.When your back is against the wall who do you turn to,the FBU.I think the struggle on Merseyside proved a thing or two,it is a difficult time for all.

If I have offended anyone please accept my apologies.My views do not reflect those of my Carers,Keepers or Employers,they have there own which I would not challenge on this forum.

mmmmi think thats the problem ,the deals they reach are poor,when your backs are to the wall (as we found out ) nowhere to be seen,we just think they are all about photo calls &being more pc than the job.When we asked them about our rights when the management we bullying individuals we were told;what do you expect you are white males & that was of a union offical!!!! beat that anyone?
