Some months ago members of my Brigade took part in a survey about the style of uniforms which we would like to see adopted in our region.(South East). Some of the stuff on offer was pretty diabolical and some looked like either Quick Fit's or M and S security guard's rejects. Has anybody seen anything like this or does anyone know what stage the uniform review is at.

Hi there,
My names Andy and I am the guy who designs and manufactures the new job shirts that you will probably see in and around the LFB. I am trying to get as many contacts as possible within the Brigade. If you require a shirt designing for your station then respond to this link and we can go from there. We have now made the shirts for:- Shoreditch, Kensington, Paddington, North Kensington, Euston, Kingsland, Chiswick to name a few.

I took part in this survey too. Dunno what progress they made on it but I am hoping that nobody decided on the one that looks like postman pats uniform.

I think the idea is that the whole country will end up wearing the same uniform, (Cutting costs etc) so I really hope that most of the people who took part in the survey had some taste.

IIRC the choices were:
Looking like the american police.
Looking like postman pat.
Looking like a paramedic.
And a reasonable looking dark uniform, (But with a too formal looking undress uniform)
