Nonverba

Over the last 8 months my company has been contacted by an organisation called 'Nonverba'. They are talking about a contract that they hope to win involving the fire risk assessments for over 2000 premises. I, like probably some of you, are cautious as to releasing company data to 3rd parties especially when it starts asking for pricing structures and the like! Nonverba are a software development company, that is probably why I am not comfortable with the questions. Am I being paranoid? Has anyone else been contacted by this company? Is there such a contract and is anyone now working on it?

Feed back would be useful.

I think you are wise to be cautious and really only a face to face meeting and fair exchange of information is the minimum safeguard. See if they really do have any substance. Contract likely to be won? Ask to see evidence of their bid so far or evidence of work done in the past. If there has been none in this line it is clear they are just seeking your expertise and assistance to put their bid together.
