Anyone any advice on fire safety measures re Lithium Batteries, What are the hazards associated in case of damage,leakage,fire,good housekeeping and storage practices, and fire fighting measures necessary.

Would such items be related under a "process fire risk assessment, and be under the remit of the HSE, as opposed to within the "general fire risk assessment" and the fire authorities? although the 2 assessments may have a bearing on one another should the process hazard have an impact on the general fire safety. Handle with great care; even main manufacturer had serious fire at their Abingdon factory.

Lithium reacts in an explosive manner when wet! or mis handled!

I've got a lot of guidance from EMS who still use a lot ok lithium cells if of any use.... will have to email it though.
