I just did the physical assessments last week and they only put 15kg on.  I have only seen Cumbria Fire Service that said 30kg was added

In my Brigade we use 15kg. You get to try a single practice go with 5kg then the other 10kg is added for the next go. you then have to lift the whole weight to a point on the apparatus which is marked. It would amaze you how many applicants fail this test. I have to say that most of those who are unsuccessful are female. I think this is due to them not working on their upper body strength as they are usually as good as the men on all the other tests and in some aspects fair better. The women are usually very good at the aerobic test but due to poor preparation are dissapointed on the ladder sim with the men suffering from the opposite problem.

It depends on which brigade you are applying to.
Those brigades that now operate the new national selection tests then it will be 15kg. Some of the brigades that are not yet using the national selection tests will use 30kg.

I had physical with Strathclyde on Sunday and they only added 5kg to cradle. This was the easiest test on the day.
