They are risk assessments for flats, HMOs, care homes, keyworker accommodation, assisted living schemes, supported housing, student accommodation, etc.
Firstly please accept my apologies, I should have phrased my request a little differently as it's tone does come across as presumptuos! I do realise the work that all of you who have developed your own systems will have put in, as I've been working on the system I currently use for the last 18 months. I didn't expect or even want someone to hand over their complete system as that would not be fair, as I've not put any effort into the work it has taken to develop. I suppose I was hoping for some form of basic layout that I could work on and take further.
Anyway I've been instructed to come up with something else so any help would be most appreciated.
