Manchester has used the NIST video however it is much easier to download from the Manchester link and there doesn’t appear to be any copywrite. The video and is very spectacular.
All my responses only apply to England and Wales and they are an overview of the subject, hopefully it will point you in the right direction and always treat with caution.
