Analogue values in Gent system ?

How to check analogue values in a Gent Vigilon or previous versions, or at least how to check a device is in normal status or not ?

I think it is because GENT have far more reference values than fault,pre-alar and fire. The condition of each device is given in a 8 bit value so 45 or 55 is way below this.
Reset all your sub-faults is my advice!!!

It's an old story Buzz, (BAFE involvement....), we must now check analogue values in a service visit, of all serviced systems, even a 100% test is done, we have now to supply the (tick list) and record all these bits... etc

But, as some systems doesn't allow you, to display or edit analogue values, or may my ignorance about some systems is to blame first... etc

What ever it's required or not by BS... etc, it still not the main issue in here, it is rather the instructions that must be followed...

Benz,

Gent use something called condition codes, exceptions or more commonly reffered to as sub faults. The are 8 channels of numbers which can be 1,2 or 3. a 3 in any channel will register an out of spec fault. Each channel corresponds to something different i.e. smoke, HF interference etc.The part  of the B.A.F.E. maintenance that you refer to is to check these every visit. Gent as a manufacturer also recommend that these are checked and should there be any issues arising from this check the engineer should ensure that they are dealt with.

Need some print out to read this things, it's new to me, I will check the one Buzz sent me later at night...
