Fire System design regarding roof lights

I have a scenario where an L1 system is being proposed for a school, which is fine.

The school is split on two levels, where one end of the school goes up full height of the building i.e. the corridor is 7 metres high, and has glazed roof lights in the roof of this corridor providing natural light.  The roof lights are 2.5 m2 and are approx 2 metres in depth.

Is there a requirement to provide automatic detection within the roof lights or will detection on the underside ceiling suffice?

As Graeme says, detection is required in 'lantern lights' over 800mm in depth but also in any lantern light (less than 800mm in depth) also used for ventilation.
