Do I see another headline catching campaign failing because no one thought it through?  Or are we going to have the crews going around replacing the batteries in the alarms they have fitted ( if they know where they are)? ::)

I know lets hire a private company to provide the fire cover whilst the fire service cope with the increased workload! (and you think I'm joking)
