Powermatic Blow Heaters

I was hoping someone could provide guidance.

I visited a factory which has one of those large fixed blow heaters to heat the premises.  The centrifugal fan 'outlet/pipe' terminates in the premises next door, which belongs to the same company/occupier.  Is this correct?  Is there any guidance on the installation of these products?

More info needed Tadees. The crux is whether the installation breaches any important compartment or separating walls. As the premises next door are occupied by the same people it might not be a problem. Or it might be if it breaches fire resisting construction.
