Whats the procedure on getting a small cylinder refilled,is it available in Northern Ireland or is it a case of "service exchange"?

A quick search reveals service exchange is the most common practice. Group companies of the two big players Tyco & Kidde seem to be the biggest users of Novec, but there are a small number of independents that say they fill, three I found being:

Out of interest,does the F gas regs cover small portables or fixed systems,say up to 2 or 5 KG?

From my past experience I would highly recommend lpgfire for gas refilling, they are a good set of guys who won't rip you off   ;)
