The Government issue the National Framework Document on a 3 yearly basis and the 2008/2011 document is available as a free download.  This document targets the issues that FRS have and what they have to do to meet them.  The equality issue for recruitment over the period of this document has a stringent target that the readers may be interested in.

Ok, so nursing is dominated by female staff...... when do men get a taster day for nursing?
