Does any one know where I could find out if there is a percentage of rooms that require to be provided in hotels for special needs residents in existing premises?

Seem to recall one very large national chain providing 10%.

You must remember that the DDA has been replaced with the Equality Act 2010 and the Equality Act (Disability) Regulations 2010 which in turn has led to amendments to the Approved Documents. New ball game.

All my responses only apply to England and Wales and they are an overview of the subject, hopefully it will point you in the right direction and always treat with caution.
