They're at it again.

I see the 'Blue Watch', CFOA and Essex are conspiring in partnership to assist landlords in Essex in meeting their statutory obligations and raise standards (at a price) for tenants in Essex.

 http://www.bluewatch.co.uk/accreditation/elas/

I found this page quite interesting http://www.bluewatch.co.uk/accreditation/elas/join_the_scheme/code_of_standards/ but I'm a bit confused about what is in it for CFOA - apparently its a charity issue.

Our aim is not to exclude but to encourage and support.

One link leads me here http://www.bluewatch.co.uk/shop/ and what about the partners - can anyone become a partner?

I'm confused.
