Andrew Ray (BA Hons) (FDSc) contributes to Linkedin site and runs a blog http://andyrayblog.wordpress.com  which is worth a read, sometimes a little after the event but still useful.

He has come up with an interesting thread which has been discussed on our forum in the past, check out http://andyrayblog.wordpress.com/2014/09/09/leaseholder-test-case-could-be-breakthrough-for-fire-safety/
