Revolving doors

I have an old building with revolving doors at main entrance which are not electrically operated in any way, just simple push in direction of travel required.. No other doors adjacent. Due to listed status I can't touch doors. I assume I cannot use these doors as a MOE? We are converting from ground floor office in to pub.

Are the doors themselves listed? Could you fit a new door with "collapse" function inside the existing enclosure? Reusing any existing brassware etc?

Just to be picky, the fact that the building is listed doesn't mean that they can't be 'touched' - it means that listed building consent would be required for them to be altered.  Not necessarily straightforward, but not impossible - the relevant Conservation Officer may be approached for advice.

I know this is obvious but I'm guessing the doors are part of the listing? Many a time I've had 'can't do this the building is listed' and then checked the actual listing detail to find it's only the facade that is listed and everything else can be changed without the need for listed building consent.
