Presumably the 'Stay and Pray' approach rather than the usual 'Get out, Stay out, etc' one?

I have trained staff from quite a few care homes over the last couple of years and without exception their policy is to evacuate visitors and themselves and leave the residents for the FRS.

At most locations they would also investigate a fire alarm actuation before calling the FRS.

In some of the places they have lovely fire doors to the bedrooms, with nice big letter boxes cut into them.
